Volunteer Roles & Descriptions

Set-Up

Description: Assist with the set-up of event, including tables, chairs, place settings, décor, revenue enhancer activities, & kitchen set-up. This is a physical position requiring lifting, carrying, etc.
- *This role is a great option for high school aged volunteer groups
Days & Times Available:
- Friday, September 19th
  - 9:00am-1:00pm, 15 Volunteers Needed
  - 1:00pm-4:00pm, 10 Volunteers Needed
- Saturday, September 20th
  - 9:00am-1:00pm, 15 Volunteers Needed

Kitchen & Catering Support

Description: Age 21+ required. Support the catering company with back of house kitchen duties; rinsing dishes, back of house clean-up as needed after dinner to ensure a prompt transition to live auction/program.
- Days & Times Available:
  - Saturday, September 20th
    - 3:30pm-9:30pm, 40 Volunteers Needed

Guest Services, Check-In

Description: Age 21+ required. Greet guests as they arrive, ensure registration, notify of table assignment & bidder number. Position uses tablet & online event program. In-person training provided week of event in Greeley.

  - 3:15pm-8:00pm

Guest Services, Check-In & Check-Out

Description: Age 21+ required. Greet guests as they arrive, ensure registration, notify of table assignment & bidder number. Check-Out requires guests pay their “tab” & receive any items purchased. Position uses tablet & online event program. In-person training provided week of event in Greeley.

Revenue Enhancer Hosts

Description: Age 21+ required. Sell tickets & interact with guests as they participate in fundraising activities at the event, such as Wine & Whiskey Wall and Dedication Display. Requires the use of tablet. Training provided week of event.

Description: Age 21+ required. Host & Interact with VIP tables during dinner and program; taking drink orders and assisting with any questions or VIP needs.

Description: Age 21+ required. Greet guests as they arrive and manage welcome drink station. This position requires long periods of standing.

Description: Age 21+ required (due to high dollar value of items). Assist in Live Auction. Engage with guests during the event- showcasing live auction items.

Description: Clear centerpieces and decor from tables and organize. Strike and organize tables and chairs. This is a physical position requiring lifting, carrying, etc.
